The Royal Standard is renowned for its exquisite and beautifully presented food.  Head Chef, Luke goes to great lengths to create dishes that look as good as they taste.  Today is no exception as he shows us how to make and put together one his latest combinations - – a dark chocolate cylinder with coffee mousse, date purée, sea salt and walnut shard and a cigar and bourbon ice cream.  Say no more!
