In Conversation With Our Celebrity Chefs

In Conversation With Hala El-Shafie - Sunday 5th May, 2 pm at Oliver Cromwell's House

In addition to seeing our celebrity nutritionist Hala El-Shafie performing in the Cookery Theatre on Sunday, there is an exclusive opportunity to join her in the atmospheric surroundings of the Tithe Office at Oliver Cromwell's House (opposite the Kitchen Zone on St Mary's Green) for a more intimate occasion. Here you will have the opportunity to hear Hala talk about her life and career with the chance to ask those burning questions.

Hala is a consultant nutritionist and registered dietician and has a unique understanding of the emotional and psychological issues often associated with food. She has created a successful holistic client-centered approach that has brought her an extensive and loyal following and numerous television appearances including her most recent Channel 4's "How to Eat Well For Less". Hala's take on food and nutrition is both edgy and refreshing and has seen her launch the lifestyle website Nutrition Rocks. Her passion is to enthuse people to eat better for health while supporting a positive body image.
